Start with Intention

A premium morning routine isn't about luxury — it's about intention. Taking 20 minutes for yourself before the world demands your attention is one of the most powerful investments you can make.

6:00 AM — Hydrate

Before coffee, before skincare — drink 500ml of water. Your body has been fasting and rebuilding while you slept. Rehydration is the first act of self-care.

6:05 AM — Cleanse

A gentle morning cleanse removes any overnight buildup and preps your skin. You don't need a heavy cleanser in the morning — a micellar water or gentle foam is perfect.

6:10 AM — Treat and Protect
